WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in the U.S.A and our main office is located on the East Coast. We ship and deliver most products within 2-3 business days to any US cities and 5 business days to Europe, Africa and the rest of the world. 

I DON'T SEE THE PRODUCT AM LOOKING.

Try searching for the product. It always work! We have thousands of products. Most products can be found by simply typing the name of the product in the search bar located on our header or home page. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Upon checkout the shipping rate will be display by the shipping carrier you choose. Shipping rates varies by carriers and also depends on the weight of your products. Don't worry we will make sure you get your package fast.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Most orders take 2-3 business days to reach its destination but some products especially customize clothing may take 14 to 30 days depending on the customization request. If you need something expedited you can ask.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship to Europe, Africa and around the world.  All over.  Are you in New Zealand?  Well first of all, that is pretty cool.  Wish I was there.  Second, we will ship to you. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We used USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, AND other international shipping carriers. Shipping methods provided by the manufactures and/or wholesalers may vary and are generally standard as (e)packet.   

PAYMENT INFORMATION

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Right now, most major credit cards including, visa, master card are accepted. We do accept Paypal. We are working on adding mobile money payment. We do accept cash payment at local participating stores. We also accept money transfer using Cash App and Zelle on a request basis.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

We are.  Look at the URL of the website. If it begins with “https” instead of “http” it means the site is secured using an SSL Certificate (the s stands for secure). SSL Certificates secure all of your data as it is passed from your browser to the website's server.  (I know you knew this, but I thought we should tell ya)

Before you type your card details into a website, ensure that the site is secure. Look out for a small padlock symbol in the address bar (or elsewhere in your browser window) and a web address beginning with https:// (the s stands for 'secure').
