We collect account details, contact and shipping information, order and support history, seller application information, security records, first-party marketplace activity, and information you voluntarily submit. First-party analytics use an anonymous random browser identifier rather than storing raw IP addresses in the analytics table.
Payment Information
Card information is collected and processed by Stripe through its hosted payment experience. Aphrike Mall does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, process orders, support shipping and returns, prevent fraud, communicate transaction updates, administer sellers, comply with law, and improve marketplace reliability.
How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared with relevant sellers, payment and email providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and Security
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and accounting. We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and other safeguards.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of eligible personal information. Some records must be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
Children
The marketplace is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Newsletter and Saved Cart Information
When you subscribe to marketplace updates, we store your email address, subscription status, source, and subscription dates. Shopping carts may be saved using a randomly generated browser identifier. We associate an email with a saved cart only when you explicitly request a one-time cart reminder during checkout. Paid carts are marked converted so they are not treated as abandoned.
