Marketplace Terms
These Terms govern access to Aphrike Mall Inc. and purchases made through aphrikemall.com. By using the marketplace, you agree to these Terms.
Marketplace Role
Aphrike Mall provides technology that connects customers with independent sellers. Product descriptions, availability, fulfillment, and seller representations remain subject to marketplace review and applicable law.
Accounts
Customers and sellers must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Orders and Payments
Prices and availability may change before checkout. Order totals are calculated by our server. Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is not confirmed as paid until payment confirmation is received.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Return requests are reviewed under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit fraudulent transactions, infringe intellectual property, or sell prohibited or unlawful goods.
Intellectual Property
Aphrike Mall branding, platform software, and original site content are protected. Sellers retain responsibility for ensuring they have rights to their product content.
Service Availability
We work to keep the marketplace available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
Limitation and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, Aphrike Mall is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace use.
